Baked Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 3 cans artichokes-dried with paper towel
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 dashes tabasco sauce
  • less than 1 package of shredded parmesan cheese

Procedure

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
  2. Chop artichokes.
  3. Blend all ingredients.
  4. Using a rubber spatula, evenly spread mixture into baking dish.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or till golden brown.
