
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 large egg
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- olive oil spray
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
Procedure
- Preheat air fryer to 370 for 4 minutes.
- Combine flour and spices in a bowl.
- Whisk egg in a separate bowl.
- Cut chicken into bite-sized (1-inch) pieces.
- Coat chicken in egg mixture then toss to coat in flour mixture. Set chicken on foil and spray with olive oil.
- Place chicken in Air Fryer basket. Do not overcrowd.
- Air fry for 12 minutes, shaking basket halfway through. Note: Cooking time can vary based on Air Fryer and size of chicken pieces. Use it as an estimate only.
- Serve in bowl and toss with buffalo sauce.
