Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • olive oil spray
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce

Procedure

  1. Preheat air fryer to 370 for 4 minutes.
  2. Combine flour and spices in a bowl.
  3. Whisk egg in a separate bowl.
  4. Cut chicken into bite-sized (1-inch) pieces.
  5. Coat chicken in egg mixture then toss to coat in flour mixture. Set chicken on foil and spray with olive oil.
  6. Place chicken in Air Fryer basket. Do not overcrowd.
  7. Air fry for 12 minutes, shaking basket halfway through. Note: Cooking time can vary based on Air Fryer and size of chicken pieces. Use it as an estimate only.
  8. Serve in bowl and toss with buffalo sauce.
