
Ingredients
- 1 cup white rice
- 1 pound chicken breast, chopped
- 8 oz Catalina dressing
- 1 can cranberry sauce
- 1 package Dry Lipton Onion Soup Mix
Procedure
- Cook white rice per directions, set aside.
- Preheat oven to 400° F.
- Combine Catalina dressing , cranberry sauce, and soup mix.
- Add chicken into cranberry mixture.
- Add chicken mixture into a baking dish.
- Bake for 35 minutes.
