
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter softened at room temperature
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2-3 mashed ripened bananas
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 and 1/4 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped into medium pieces
Procedure
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Sift flour baking powder baking soda and salt.
- Spray Pam, thoroughly coating, to a loaf pan or a Bundt pan.
- Cream butter and sugar together.
- Beat in eggs, one at a time.
- Add banana and sour cream, mix thoroughly.
- Sift remaining dry ingredients adding into wet mixture.
- Bake for 50 minutes at 350° F.
- Insert toothpick to check for doneness, will come out clean.
- Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
- Then release from pan and cool on cooling rack.
