Diane’s Banana Pudding

Ingredients

  • 3 cups milk
  • 5 rounded TBS flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs beaten
  • 4 bananas ripened
  • 3/4 box Nilla Wafer cookies

Procedure

  1. In medium sauce pan, stir together flour, sugar, and salt together.
  2. Mix together eggs and milk in separate container, blend thoroughly.
  3. With saucepan on medium heat, stir in the milk mixture, being sure to blend completely to keep from lumping.
  4. Stir until thickened.
  5. Layer bottom of bowl with 1/2 bananas and 1/2 the amount of the Nilla wafers.
  6. Pour over 1/2 of the pudding mixture.
  7. Repeat for the remaining ingredients.
  8. Let cool slightly to eat.
