
Ingredients
- 1 strawberry cake mix
- 2- 4 oz bag frozen strawberries
- 8 oz Cool Whip
Procedure
- Bake cake as directed then allow to cool.
- Blend 1 bag of strawberries in blender and thaw out 2nd bag of strawberries.
- When cake is cooled, poke holes in cake with fork.
- Using a spoon, push cake aside and insert thawed out strawberry. Repeat this process until you’ve finished all of the strawberries.
- Pour over blended strawberries on top of cake. Refrigerate and allow cake to absorb cake blended strawberries.
- After about 30 minutes, frost with cool whip. Top with fresh strawberries.
- NOTE: To speedup absorption, poke more holes with fork.
