Wild Rice and Chicken Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 rotisserie chicken
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped carrots
  • 3 cans chicken broth
  • 1 box Rice-A-Roni long grain and wild rice
  • mom’s salt

Procedure

  1. Cook wild rice as directed.
  2. While that is cooking, debone chicken and chop vegetables.
  3. When rice is cooked, add vegetables, chicken, salt, wild rice in pot and simmer for 30 minutes until carrots and celery are cooked
