Ingredients
- 1 rotisserie chicken
- 1/2 cup celery
- 1/2 cup chopped carrots
- 3 cans chicken broth
- 1 box Rice-A-Roni long grain and wild rice
- mom’s salt
Procedure
- Cook wild rice as directed.
- While that is cooking, debone chicken and chop vegetables.
- When rice is cooked, add vegetables, chicken, salt, wild rice in pot and simmer for 30 minutes until carrots and celery are cooked
