
Ingredients
- 1 unbaked deep dish pie shells (9 inch)
- 3/4 Tablespoon Cinnamon
- 3/4 cups of granulated white sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 can Libby’s Pure Pumpkin (15 oz)
- 1 can Carnation Evaporated Milk (12 oz.)
Procedure
- Preheat oven to 425° F.
- Prepare a baking sheet covered in foil, and set the pie shell on the baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix sugar, salt, and cinnamon, set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat eggs then stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture.
- Gradually stir in evaporated milk.
- Poke multiple holes in pie shell with a fork, then pour mixture into pie shell.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Reduce temperature to 350° F and bake for 40-50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for 2 hours.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate.
- Serve with Whipped Cream.
