
Ingredients
- 1/3c old fashioned or rolled oats
- 1/3c unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2c 2% plain Greek yogurt
- 1t chia seeds
- 1t honey
- 1/2c chopped frozen cherries
Procedure
- Place all ingredients into a 12 oz mason jar and mix until combined.
- Cover and put in the fridge at least 2 hours early or overnight. (Can be stored up to 5 days in advance.)
