Michelada

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces light Mexican beer such as Corona, Sol, Tecate, Dos Equis, or Modelo
  • 24 ounces Clamato juice (or use tomato juice)
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce, Tapatillo
  • Ice, for serving
  • Olives and olive juice, for serving (optional)
  • Lime, for serving
  • Tajin and salt, for serving

Procedure

  1. Mix everything but the beer in a pitcher.
  2. To serve, add salt and tajin to the rim of the cup.
  3. Add ice, olives, extra lime, beer, and mixture. Enjoy!
